Clarivoc is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Doha, Qatar, and provide AI consulting, automation, custom software, website and branding services.

2. What we collect
We keep collection deliberately narrow. There is no account system on this site and no advertising tracking.
Information you give us
- Contact and enquiry details: name, work email, company, role, phone number where you provide it, and the message or project description you send.
- Audit and demo requests: the operational context you choose to share so we can prepare a useful conversation.
- Correspondence: emails and meeting notes relating to your enquiry or engagement.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and timestamps, processed by our hosting and content delivery providers in server logs.
- Aggregate usage data: where analytics are enabled, page-level statistics that do not identify you individually.
We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send it through this website.
3. Why we use it
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Consent — when you submit a form and tick the consent box, which you may withdraw at any time;
- Performance of a contract — to deliver work you have engaged us for;
- Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries, secure our site and keep proper records, balanced against your rights;
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.
5. AI tools and your data
Because AI is our business, we are explicit about how we use it. We do not paste your enquiry or your business data into consumer AI tools.
- Where we use AI services internally, we use enterprise endpoints configured to exclude your data from model training with minimal retention.
- For client engagements involving sensitive or regulated data, we deploy models inside the client’s own environment so the data does not leave their infrastructure.
- Personal data is minimised or redacted before any AI-assisted processing where the task does not require it.
- We do not use your enquiry to train any model of our own.
When we act as a processor on a client’s behalf during a project, the client remains the controller and a separate data processing agreement governs that work.
7. How long we keep it
You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
8. Security
The site is served over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, protected by strong authentication, and reviewed periodically.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurred, we would notify the relevant parties and any competent authority as required by applicable law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask for deletion where we have no continuing need or legal obligation;
- object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent you previously gave;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

11. Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our providers or the law. The revision date below records the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
