A Clear Answer Before You Spend Anything.

Most companies are told to "adopt AI" without anyone showing them where it actually pays. Our 360° audit maps your operations, quantifies the opportunities and tells you honestly which ones are not worth doing.

Why an audit first

Most AI Projects Fail
Before They Start.

They fail in the choice of problem, not in the technology. A team picks the use case that sounded impressive in a vendor demo instead of the one that quietly costs them twenty hours a week.

The audit exists to remove that risk. We look at how your business actually runs, put numbers on the friction, and hand you a ranked, costed plan, whether or not you go on to work with us.

  • Free, and there is no obligation afterwards
  • One week from first call to written findings
  • Two to three hours of your team’s time in total
  • You keep the report either way

What the Audit
Actually Covers

Six areas, examined in the order that usually hides the most recoverable time and cost.

Process Mapping

How work really flows today, including the spreadsheets and messages that never appear on the official diagram.

Step 1

Time & Cost Analysis

Where hours go and what they cost, so every opportunity is stated in money rather than adjectives.

Step 2

Data Readiness

Whether the data an AI system would need exists, is accessible and is trustworthy enough to rely on.

Step 3

Systems & Integration

What you already own, what it can connect to, and what would need replacing rather than automating.

Step 4

Opportunity Ranking

Each candidate scored on impact, effort and risk, then ordered so the first project is the safest win.

Step 5

Written Roadmap

A costed plan with timelines, dependencies and the things we recommend you do not automate.

Step 6

What you receive

A Document You Can Act On, Or Ignore

The output is not a slide deck of AI trends. It is a specific, written assessment of your business with numbers attached to each recommendation.

It is written so a finance director can challenge it and an operations manager can execute it. If our honest conclusion is that you should not invest in AI this year, that is what it will say.

What changes

Decisions Based on
Numbers, Not Hype.

Every audit ends with the same thing: you know what to do first, what it costs, and what to refuse.

1

Clear First Project

One ranked starting point, chosen for payback and low risk rather than novelty.

100%

Costed Recommendations

Every proposal carries an effort estimate and an indicative budget.

0

Vendor Pressure

No commitment, and the report is useful even if you hire someone else.

On What Not to Do

We name the ideas that are not worth the money, which is often the most valuable page.

What Audits
Usually Uncover

Different businesses, but the findings tend to fall into the same few categories.

Hours nobody had counted

Re-typing data between systems is rarely in anyone’s job description, and it is usually the biggest single recovery.

Response time

Revenue lost while waiting

Enquiries that sat unanswered overnight or over a weekend, and what that delay cost in conversion.

Data gaps
Data gaps

The prerequisite nobody mentioned

Ambitions that cannot work yet because the underlying data is incomplete, scattered or untrusted.

Bad fits

Projects worth cancelling

Ideas already on the roadmap that would cost more to run than the problem costs today.

Ask Us Directly

It is free and there is no catch beyond the obvious one: we hope the findings lead to work. But the report is written to stand on its own, and you are free to execute it internally or hand it to another supplier. We would rather be judged on the quality of the analysis.

About three hours in total, split across a 45-minute opening call and two short sessions with the people who actually do the work. Everything else, including the analysis and the write-up, happens on our side.

No. The audit works from process descriptions, volumes and system inventories rather than your actual records. Where a sample is genuinely useful we take an anonymised extract, and we will sign an NDA before anything is shared.

Often more so. Smaller teams feel every recovered hour immediately, and the projects that suit them tend to be small, cheap and quick. Several of our best results came from businesses under twenty people.

Then that is what the report says, with the reasoning. It happens, usually because the data foundations are not there yet or because the friction simply is not expensive enough to justify a project. Knowing that early saves you a great deal more than the audit costs.

Nothing automatically. If you want to proceed we scope the first project properly and quote it; if you want to think about it for six months, the report stays valid. There is no follow-up sequence and no pressure.
