Automate the Work That Slows You Down.

We measure where your time actually goes, then remove the copy-paste, the chasing and the double entry with automations that run quietly in the background across the tools you already pay for.

Overview

Your Team Is Expensive.
Manual Work Is Worse.

Every business accumulates invisible work: re-typing invoice data, updating three systems after one sale, chasing approvals, exporting the same report every Monday morning. It never appears as a budget line, but it consumes days every month.

We start by measuring it. Then we automate the highest-cost workflows first, with clear ownership, error handling and reporting, so nothing runs as an unexplained black box.

  • Built on the tools you already use, not a rip-and-replace
  • Every automation documented, monitored and owned
  • Error alerts and safe retries instead of silent failures
  • Rolled out workflow by workflow, with measured results

What We
Automate Most

We prioritise workflows by volume, cost of error and how much they frustrate the people doing them.

Workflow Automation

Multi-step processes that span teams and tools: onboarding, quoting, order handling, approvals and handovers.

Ops · Sales · Finance

Document & Data Processing

Read invoices, contracts and forms, extract the fields you need, validate them and push clean data into your systems.

OCR · Extraction · Validation

System Synchronisation

Keep your CRM, ERP, accounting and support tools in agreement without anyone exporting another spreadsheet.

CRM · ERP · Accounting

Approvals & Notifications

Route requests to the right approver, escalate when they stall and notify only the people who need to know.

Email · Slack · Teams

Reporting & Dashboards

Automated daily and monthly reporting from a single source of truth, delivered before the meeting starts.

BI · KPIs · Alerts

Legacy Tool Automation

When a system has no API, we automate the interface itself, so old software stops holding new processes hostage.

RPA · Scripts · Bridges

Reliability

Automation You Can Actually Trust

Fragile automation is worse than none at all. It fails quietly, corrupts data and destroys confidence in the whole programme.

We build every workflow with validation, logging, retries and a documented fallback, and we hand you the map of what runs where and who owns it.

Validation before anything is written
Alerting on failure, not silent skips
Safe retries that avoid duplicates
Audit trail for every automated action
Runbook and named owner per workflow
Staged rollout with a manual fallback

Impact

Less Admin. Fewer Errors.
Faster Cycles.

Automation is judged on three numbers: hours recovered, errors eliminated and how fast work moves from start to finish.

20h+

Hours Recovered Weekly

Per team, redirected from admin to work customers actually pay for.

-90%

Manual Errors

Validation and single-source data remove the mistakes rework is built on.

Faster Cycle Times

Quotes, onboarding and approvals complete in hours instead of days.

100%

Traceability

Every automated step logged, so audits stop being an archaeology project.

Automation
Questions

The practical concerns every operations team raises before starting.
Ask Us Directly

No. Almost every automation we build sits on top of the tools you already use. Replacement only comes up when a system genuinely cannot support the process, and in that case we say so with the cost and benefit laid out rather than quietly designing around it.

It alerts a named owner, stops instead of writing bad data, and retries safely where that is appropriate. Every workflow ships with a runbook describing what it does, what it touches and how to run the process manually while a fix is deployed.

In our projects it usually removes the part of the job nobody wanted: re-typing, chasing, exporting. Teams take on more volume without growing, and the people who understood the process best become the ones who own and improve the automation.

We cost the manual effort, weigh it against the cost of getting it wrong, and check how ready the data and systems are. The first project is deliberately something valuable, contained and easy to verify, so the programme earns its next phase.

A first workflow is usually live within two to four weeks of scoping. Because we start with a high-cost process, most clients see the hours saved inside the first month and reach payback within roughly two months.

You do. Everything is built in accounts you control, documented, and handed over with training. We can stay on for monitoring and improvements, but that is a choice rather than a dependency.
