Citizen Service Agents
Procedures, eligibility, documents required and status questions answered instantly in either language.
Public bodies are judged on access and accountability at the same time. We build citizen-facing services and internal automation that are fast, multilingual, auditable and explainable to anyone who asks.
The reality
Citizens expect the same immediacy from a public service as from a bank app, in the language they speak, at the hour that suits them. Meanwhile every decision has to be recorded, explainable and reviewable.
We treat those as one requirement rather than a trade-off: instant multilingual service with a complete audit trail, and a human accountable for every outcome that affects a citizen.
Procedures, eligibility, documents required and status questions answered instantly in either language.
Forms and supporting documents checked for completeness and prepared for an officer to decide on.
Requests classified and routed to the right department first time, with context and priority attached.
Consistent bilingual communication and plain-language summaries of complex procedures.
Approvals, correspondence and inter-department handoffs moved off paper and email chains.
Service-level reporting on volumes, waiting times and outcomes from one governed dataset.
Accountability
In public service, an unexplainable automated decision is a failure regardless of how accurate it is. Citizens are entitled to know how an outcome was reached.
So the system records what it did, cites the regulation or document it relied on, and leaves any determination affecting rights, entitlements or penalties to a named official.
Impact
Public sector outcomes are measured on waiting times, first-contact resolution and the quality of the audit trail.
Citizens get answers outside office hours, in the language they use.
Routine enquiries resolved immediately instead of entering a queue.
Every automated action recorded with its source and its owner.
Decisions affecting citizens remain with an accountable official.
High-volume public questions handled instantly, with complex cases routed to the right desk.
Reports, permits and maintenance requests logged, routed and followed through transparently.
Scheduling, correspondence and paperwork automated so staff stay with the people they serve.
Applications checked for completeness before submission, cutting rejections and resubmissions.
Not in anything we build. The system checks completeness, classifies, routes, translates and drafts; a named official makes and signs any determination that affects rights, entitlements or penalties. That boundary is written into the scope and enforced in the system.
Yes. We deploy in your own data centre or national cloud, using open-source models where required so no citizen data leaves the jurisdiction. Several of our architectures are designed specifically for that constraint.
Arabic is treated as a first-class language, not a translation layer: proper right-to-left interfaces, Arabic typography and dialect-aware voice. Interfaces are built to accessibility standards and tested with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
Every action is written to an immutable log with a timestamp, the source it relied on and the responsible owner. Answers cite the regulation or published document behind them, so a case can be reconstructed exactly, months later.
With a single, contained service and a documented pilot, typically six to ten weeks, ending in an evaluation report you can publish or take through procurement. That keeps the initial commitment small and the evidence public.
Pick one public service. We will design a pilot with the oversight and audit trail built in.
