360° Business Audit
A full review of technology, processes, efficiency and visibility, ending with a ranked list of opportunities and their value.
We help leadership teams cut through the AI noise: what to do, in what order, what it costs, what it returns and what could go wrong, delivered as a roadmap your teams can actually execute.
Overview
Not because the technology does not work, but because the wrong problem was chosen, nobody owned the outcome, or the data and processes underneath were never ready for it.
Our consulting starts with your operations and your numbers, not with a model. We identify where AI creates measurable value in the next two quarters, and we say clearly where it does not.
A full review of technology, processes, efficiency and visibility, ending with a ranked list of opportunities and their value.
A phased plan tied to business objectives, with budgets, dependencies, owners and success metrics for each phase.
Every candidate scored on value, feasibility, data readiness and risk, so you start where the odds are best.
Policies for data handling, model use, human oversight and audit, aligned with your regulatory context.
Objective assessment of platforms, models and build-versus-buy, with total cost of ownership modelled properly.
Practical training and internal playbooks so your people can run, extend and question what we build together.
Deliverables
Consulting only counts if something changes afterwards. Every engagement produces artefacts your teams keep, use and are measured against.
No 80-page report nobody reads. Short, specific documents with numbers, owners and dates attached to each decision.
Impact
The point of the engagement is that everyone knows what is being built, why it was chosen and what it should return.
Everyone knows which problem is being solved first, and on what evidence.
Ideas without data, owners or a business case are stopped before they consume a budget.
The roadmap is sequenced so value lands inside the current planning cycle.
Where AI can support underwriting, service and reporting without crossing regulatory lines.
Prioritising scheduling, documentation and back-office use cases well before anything clinical.
Transparent, auditable automation of citizen-facing and internal processes.
Sequencing agents, automation and analytics around occupancy, service and cost metrics.
Yes. We invest one week reviewing your technology, operations, efficiency and visibility, and you receive the findings and the ranked opportunity list whether or not you work with us afterwards. It is how we decide if we can genuinely help, and how you decide if you trust our judgement.
No. We have no reseller agreements and take no commissions, which is why we can recommend an off-the-shelf tool, an open-source model or doing nothing at all when that is the right answer. Our incentive is that the roadmap works, because we are usually the ones asked to deliver it.
We will tell you, and that happens regularly. Plenty of problems are better solved by fixing a process, cleaning up data or replacing a tool. Those recommendations still go in the roadmap, because they are usually the prerequisites for anything intelligent to work later.
Expect a kick-off workshop, five to eight interviews of about an hour, access to relevant systems and documents, and one review session per week. Roughly one to two days of combined internal time per week across the engagement.
Yes, and that shapes how we advise. Our engineering team builds agents, automation, integrations and custom platforms, so every recommendation is costed by people who will have to make it work. You are also free to take the roadmap to any other partner.
Under an NDA from the first conversation, with access limited to the people on your engagement, data kept in controlled environments and residency requirements respected. We can also work entirely within your own systems and tooling if your policies require it.
One week, no obligation: a full 360° review of where technology and AI can move your numbers.
